How long does it take to ship my items?

Our turnaround time is 1 to 2 days from the order being placed unless it is a pre-order. Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on shipping carrier.

All sales are final, but if you are absolutely not happy with your purchase and the item is not washed or worn, please fill out a request on the contact us page.

Can I return or exchange items?

Where does the product come from?

We shop a ton behind the scenes to get the best deals so we can pass them along. We also do our research to support other small businesses as much as we possibly can.

There are a couple options for pickup if you have selected this option at checkout. We will reach out to coordinate the pickup. They include:

• Stopping by our house to pickup

• Meeting at a public location

• Arranging a time for drop-off at your house if and when applicable

What does an order pickup look like?

If I come over to shop, can I see Kinzley and Tilly?

Yes! They love the company! Just be prepared for wiggle butts and sloppy kisses.
